Welcome to easy13. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and easy13 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at easy13.cam and any associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the easy13 platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, and promotional programmes — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of easy13 and close your account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and easy13.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the easy13 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cashable incentives awarded by easy13 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of easy13.
• "Platform" means the easy13 website, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all gaming or betting products made available thereon.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory or jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, where easy13 does not hold a valid licence to operate, or where easy13 has explicitly prohibited player registration at its sole discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x).
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed on a casino game outcome or sports betting market through the Platform.

To register and maintain an active account on easy13, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable minimum age requirement.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms.
• You are registering the account solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of easy13 or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from easy13 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in good faith and do not intend to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose including, but not limited to, money laundering or fraud.

easy13 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on easy13. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number where applicable. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. easy13 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised activity, you must contact our support team immediately.

KYC Verification: easy13 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a copy of your MyKad or Passport), proof of address, and payment method verification at any time. Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts that have not completed satisfactory KYC verification.

easy13 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. easy13 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close any account where a third-party payment source is detected.

Cryptocurrency deposits are processed upon network confirmation. easy13 is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion or gas fee issues. The MYR equivalent value of any cryptocurrency deposit is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that matches the Player's verified identity. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically within 5–15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically within 5–30 minutes during banking hours.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT / BTC): Subject to network confirmation; typically within 1–2 hours.

easy13 may impose additional identity verification checks on any withdrawal request at its absolute discretion. Processing may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of such verification. easy13 shall not be held liable for delays arising from incomplete KYC documentation.

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.

easy13 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is offered, and those specific terms take precedence over this general clause in the event of any conflict.

The following general bonus terms apply to all easy13 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• The standard wagering requirement for all welcome and reload bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions by game type: Video Slots — 100%; Fishing Games — 50%; Live Casino Table Games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo) — 10%; Sports Betting — 100% at odds of 1.50 or greater per selection.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited. Any unmet wagering requirements upon expiry will result in forfeiture of all remaining Bonus Funds.
• Maximum wager per bet round while Bonus Funds are active: RM 30 per round or spin, unless stated otherwise.
• easy13 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any resulting winnings, and may result in account termination.

All casino games available on the easy13 platform utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, ensuring that all outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous game rounds. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific return within any given gaming session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or software error during a gaming session, any affected rounds may be declared void at easy13's discretion and stakes returned to the Player's account. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error shall not be honoured.

Live dealer game outcomes are final once the round is closed by the dealer. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection sufficient to participate in live dealer games. easy13 does not accept liability for losses resulting from poor connectivity on the Player's side.

easy13's sportsbook covers a wide range of domestic and international sporting competitions including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, NBA, and various e-Sports events. The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format. Minimum single-bet odds for bonus wagering contribution: 1.50 per selection.
• All bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity. easy13 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion where suspicious betting patterns or market integrity concerns arise.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted in real-time subject to market availability. Once confirmed, in-play bets cannot be cancelled by the Player.
• Mix Parlay bets require a minimum of two (2) selections. All selections must win for the parlay to be paid out. One losing selection voids the entire parlay.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to easy13's published void rules for the relevant sport.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market, competition, and Player account tier. VIP Diamond account holders may request higher maximum bet limits through their dedicated account manager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the easy13 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one account across any combination of devices, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Participating in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the Platform to transfer illicit funds.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or collusion with other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform for financial gain and failing to report such issues to easy13 promptly.
• Systematic matched betting or arbitrage using promotional funds in a manner that violates the spirit of promotional terms.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other individual.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.

easy13 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all its products and services. We provide a suite of player protection tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: On-screen alerts upon reaching a pre-set session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications displaying total time spent and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion, processed immediately upon request.

easy13 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• easy13 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• The account fails to pass identity or source-of-funds verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• easy13 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• The Player's jurisdiction of residence has become a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC checks.

A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting easy13 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Outstanding wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game and betting rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, easy13 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or failures in the Platform arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Technical errors, software bugs, or connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Errors or inaccuracies in any information provided on the Platform, including odds, game results, or account balance displays later confirmed as erroneous.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses attributable to the Player's own gambling decisions.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, easy13's total liability to any Player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

All content on the easy13 Platform — including but not limited to its design, graphics, logos, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of easy13 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted under these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of easy13.

easy13 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to close your account. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which easy13 is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and easy13, you should first contact our customer support team in writing, providing full details of the matter. easy13 undertakes to investigate all complaints in good faith and to respond within 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, either party may seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanism under the relevant gaming regulatory authority. Players retain the right to pursue independent legal advice at any time.
